Workflow is supported in their desktop, browser and mobile interfaces. There are options for user notifications and inactivity timeouts as part of a workflow process. They also offer a robust workflow reporting tool.

MaxxVault also provided their own digital signature tools but they also integrate with DocuSign.

MaxxVault has some very powerful methods for auto indexing content when its loaded into the storage repository.
