How do I search?
To search on Heepsy, you’ll have to create an account. Once you log in, you’ll see the search bar at the very top. You can choose to search profiles on Instagram or channels on Youtube, and customize your search with Heepsy’s filters.
For an Instagram search, you can apply the following filters, based on your subscription plan:
- Categories – select a topic like beauty, music or sports
- Location – search within a specific country, region or city
- Followers – set the range of followers you want the influencer to have
- Engagement – define the engagement rate you’re looking for
- Contact – find influencers who have public contact info, who are verified, or who have a profile on some other social network
- Audience – specify the influencer’s audience demographics
- Advanced Metrics – search according to estimate price, branded engagement or posts per week
For a Youtube search, choose from the following:
- Location – set the channel’s country
- Subscribers – search based on how many subscribers a channel has
- Views – define the total views or average views per video
- Videos – specify the total videos, the average videos per week, or the time range of the last video
- Channel – input a time range for the channel creation date
- Contact – search for account with public email, verified by Youtube, or that have accounts on other social networks
For both Instagram and Youtube you can also search for specific accounts by typing in their handle, or you can plug in keywords to see accounts that include such in their biography.
What are influencer reports?
We’re going to walk you through the Instagram report. The format for the Youtube report is the same, with slightly different metrics displayed.
Heepsy’s search results look like cards, and they show you the basic information about the account and a preview of its statistics.
Clicking on one of the cards will open up a page specific to that influencer. Here you can find contact information, a visual preview of the account, and what Heepsy calls the Core Metrics: engagement rate, photo and video post metrics, follower growth, post frequency, comments/likes ratio, and followers/following ratio.
To obtain metrics about authenticity and branded content, you have to open the Influencer Report, which can be unlocked by clicking the green button seen at the top of the influencer’s profile.
Once you open an influencer’s Report, you’ll see Heepsy’s Quality Score, an overall rating of the profile’s health and authenticity. You’ll also unlock information about the influencer’s audience. You can see audience demographics(age, gender, location, language and interests), and audience authenticity, which shows you what percentage of an influencer’s audience appears to be real, and which is suspicious.
Reports also open up information about the influencer’s branded content. If you’re thinking of working with the influencer, this info is useful to see how their content performed for past campaigns.
How can I stay organized with Lists?
Heepsy offers you the possibility to create different lists to organize your influencers according to campaign, location, channel, or however else you may like. To access Lists, click the My Influencers button at the top right of the screen.
Here, at the left-hand side, you’ll find the different lists you’ve created, as well as the option to create a new list. This panel also shows you a comparison of all the influencers you’ve added to a certain list.
Furthermore, you can rate, comment and add statuses for any influencer who’s on your list. This way, you can keep track of influencers you’ve already collaborated with and how the relationship went. Statuses can remind you which influencers have been contacted and which you still need to reach out to. If you’re working with a team of people, lists help you keep all of your information organized and everyone on the same page.
So, how do you add influencers to your lists? Well, it’s simple. At the top of an Influencer Report, click the icon that looks like a little banner. That’s the Save Influencer button, and it lets you add the influencer to one of your lists.
Finally, if you’d like to download your lists to a spreadsheet, just click the Download button and choose whether you want an XLS or CSV file.
