GoodBarber Mobile App Builder
Summary
Are you looking for the easiest method to publish your mobile apps? Then this could be it. Being a developer myself, I think GoodBarber has made the app development so simple that even a basic computer user with drag and drop skills only can create his own app.
Isn’t it a real dilemma?
Having an explosive idea for a mobile app and sitting dumbly without any idea on how to develop the same sucks badly.
If you are in such a situation, I have something to cheer you up. Truth be told you don’t have to be a coding geek to develop a mobile app. Tons of tools are out there to help you do the same. But stumbling upon the right one takes hell lots of your time.
That’s why I have come up with detailed review of this wonderful product.
Introducing GoodBarber
GoodBarber! A funny name for an mobile app builder, isn’t it? But my deep research proved they are not funny about their service. Their head office is in the island of Corsica.
Though you are not provided the access to create applications for free, you will not regret the moment you paid for this amazing app builder.
With excellent features, integration capabilities and flawless support, GoodBarber has become one of the best app builders available today.
Features of GoodBarber
So now, we are going to dig deep into the features of GoodBarber. Are you ready? Here we go!
#1. Supports both Android and iOS
For a person who looks forward to broadening his horizon, Android may not be the only platform to develop the apps for. So, he/ she may need support for iOS as well.
GoodBarber supports both the major mobile platforms that you will not find it difficult to develop the same app for two different operating systems.
After the completion of the app set up, you can publish the same on both Play Store and iTunes.
#2. Customization at its Best
An app must captivate the minds of users. If an app is poorly designed, even the people who download it will get rid of the same as early as possible. So you should be extra vigilant with the design of your app.
GoodBarber allows you to customize every bit of your app. You can change the color scheme, theme, header, font style, menu and what not!
#3. Ease of Access
GoodBarber is intended for those who have zero coding skills. After the sign-up, you can start developing your app right away from their platform. Being a web utility, you can resume your work from anywhere on any of the devices.
Every change you make to the app becomes instantly visible in the main content area. The options like App, Publish, Users, Audience, Settings and add-ons are given on the left sidebar whereas the right bar contains the sub-menus for each of the main menus on the left side.
I swear you will not find it difficult to spot and use any option. All the features are given in an uncluttered way without any clumsiness.
#4. Multiple Access
Say you have a team for the app development. If you are the only person who has the access to use the app builder, how others will track the progress and work accordingly?
GoodBarber solves this issue with a multiple user access feature. You can allow other customers to be involved in your project.
A one man army does not make most of the apps. So this feature is going to help a lot of people. You can manage the users from the Users option given on the left sidebar of the app builder.
#5. 30 Days Free Trial (with no strings attached)
If you are skeptical about GoodBarber, you can start by taking a free trial account. Unlike most of the products, you will get the complete features of a paid account during this period.
I reckon you haven’t benefitted from all the features of a product being a trial user. Isn’t this awesome?
Unlike the money back guarantee, you don’t have to pay anything or even insert your card details to get your hands on this app builder.
#6. Wide Range of Integration Options
You can integrate content from most of the sharing platforms, be it YouTube, Vimeo, DailyMotion, your blog or any other CMS.
All you have to do is go to Add your content link and choose the service. Alternatively, you can insert your own content to give the app a personalized touch.

Good Barber sucks. If your app happens to fit into their demo way of doing things, you’re probably good to go. But don’t you dare try doing something that actually serves your own needs. I’m no newbie. I’ve designed over 300 websites, I’ve taught advanced photoshop for years, I programmed for 4 years. I’m no newbie. NEVER have I come across a platform with a logic from another planet. The tutorials don’t answer my questions. There is no support available. I’ve wasted MONTHS trying to understand the basic logic. It’s unstable, and buggy. It is clear that the developers focused on being able to say “We have all the cool features.” Which is cool. But, the environment is as stable as the San Andreas Fault Line. For weeks I used ctrl-S to save my articles as I went. Suddenly that no longer worked. I wrote to support, they said it never worked. Yah right. Cuz it worked again today. They will not refund my money, their emails responses are not far from monosyllabic, and this review is the last bit of time I’ll spend with them ~ except to spread this review around.
Hello Patty,
Is it really sad to hear about your experience. Let me know if Reviews Pilot can help you in any way? We can contact them and share this horrible experience?
I must have read that previous comment last year!
This might be helpful for potential users because I have been using GoodBarber (GB) app platform for more than 1 year, my apps are live on App Store and Play Store.
First of all, as long as GB support service keeps this way, do not use GB. Ok, what is “this way”?
Let me explain.
Right now, on Saturday, me and my team can not use back office, obviously there is a technical problem but we can not even ask for help beucase suppport service is off at weekends and after 7 pm at weekdays.
There are no ways to contact support team via phone or chat, you have a open a ticket and wait! They will reply your question whenever they want.
They are not aware of what kind of business they are in! All my paying customers are waiting content from my company ( media) but we will not be able to post something for at least 2-3 days, if we are lucky enough to be seen by GB support team members on monday or tuesday.
This is what we experience right now, today, 25th August 2018.
We would not think twice to quit GB but we can not! Because our customers had paid yearly for our media service, which we give via our GB app.
Hello Ceyun,
Thanks for sharing your personal experience, it will really help our viewers to know what you have faced with them. I’ll contact them and will share your review 🙂
